On the path to new behaviors
Accelerating how products and services are adopted and marketed, adopting virtuous behaviors (healthy eating, following a treatment, recycling waste, etc.), re-imagining the customer experience, changing prescriptions habits, transforming organizations… so many challenges businesses and institutions face every day.
An effective response requires three additional steps:
- Identifying and understanding societal changes and trends (weak signs) and obtaining insights from them
- Harnessing the knowledge, habits, obstacles and levers to change in order to reinforce the effectiveness of the information and sensitization
- Using a “nudge” to bring about big changes in behavior according to the teachings of behavioral economics.
